張法碧,男,本科和碩士畢業(yè)于哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué),博士畢業(yè)于日本佐賀大學(xué)。廣西高校引進(jìn)海外高層次人才“百人計(jì)劃”,“廣西高等學(xué)校千名中青年骨干教師培育計(jì)劃”人選,“日本文部科學(xué)省獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金”獲得者,現(xiàn)任桂林電子科技大學(xué)副教授。主持國家自然科學(xué)基金地區(qū)項(xiàng)目一項(xiàng),參與兩項(xiàng);主持廣西中青年基礎(chǔ)能力提升項(xiàng)目一項(xiàng);主持廣西重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室主任基金項(xiàng)目兩項(xiàng);參與廣西自然科學(xué)基金兩項(xiàng)。1997.9 - 2003.2本科碩士畢業(yè)于哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué);2003.9 – 2004.1華中電子科技大學(xué),進(jìn)修;2010.8 - 2011.1 日本國立佐賀大學(xué),做訪問學(xué)者;2011.9 - 2012.7東北師范大學(xué)留日預(yù)校,日語培訓(xùn);2012.10 – 2016.3,日本國立佐賀大學(xué),獲得博士學(xué)位。在日本攻讀博士學(xué)位,從事訪問學(xué)者累計(jì)5年。在日本攻讀博士學(xué)位和從事訪問學(xué)者期間主要從事氧化物半導(dǎo)體薄膜的光學(xué)和電學(xué)性質(zhì)的研究,在Applied physics letters, Thin solid film, Journal of alloy and compounds等國際著名期刊發(fā)表論文30余篇,單篇論文被引用超過40余次,其中一篇為TOP前3%;成果獲得美國空軍研究實(shí)驗(yàn)室、美國華盛頓大學(xué)、意大利卡利亞里大學(xué)等機(jī)構(gòu)的一致好評與引用。曾經(jīng)獲得過國家多媒體課件大賽理工組二等獎(jiǎng),廣西教育技術(shù)應(yīng)用大賽特等獎(jiǎng),廣西教學(xué)成果二等獎(jiǎng)。 《現(xiàn)代模擬集成電路系列課程》廣西教育成果二等獎(jiǎng),2009,排名4《高頻電子電路網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程》在2008年全國多媒體課件大賽二等獎(jiǎng),排名2《緒論及調(diào)幅電路》廣西第二屆教育技術(shù)應(yīng)用大賽特等獎(jiǎng),2009,排名2《固態(tài)電子學(xué)CAI課件》獲得桂電課件大賽優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng),2007,排名1
