苑立波,男,1962年11月生,桂林電子科技大學(xué)教授,博士,博士生導(dǎo)師。光子科學(xué)與技術(shù)研究中心主任。中國(guó)光學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)理事;國(guó)際光纖傳感器學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議(OFS-25)TPC共主席;中國(guó)光學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)纖維光學(xué)與集成光學(xué)專業(yè)委員會(huì)副主任,常務(wù)委員;中國(guó)光學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)光電技術(shù)專業(yè)委員會(huì)副主任,常務(wù)委員;中國(guó)光學(xué)工程學(xué)會(huì)光纖傳感技術(shù)專家工作委員會(huì)暨中國(guó)光纖傳感技術(shù)及產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟常務(wù)副主席;國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金委員會(huì)第十三屆信息科學(xué)部專家評(píng)審組成員;國(guó)家科學(xué)技術(shù)獎(jiǎng)評(píng)審專家。??2003年畢業(yè)于香港理工大學(xué),獲博士學(xué)位。1995-1997年在美國(guó)新澤西理工學(xué)院訪問研究員,2011年,在日本東京大學(xué)訪問研究員。1997年獲國(guó)務(wù)院政府特殊津貼。2002年,獲教育部第三屆高校優(yōu)秀青年教師獎(jiǎng)。2006年,入選“新世紀(jì)百千萬人才工程”國(guó)家級(jí)人選。?????? ?主持了國(guó)家重大科學(xué)儀器設(shè)備開發(fā)專項(xiàng),國(guó)家973前期專項(xiàng),國(guó)防863項(xiàng)目,科技部國(guó)際合作重大項(xiàng)目,國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目、重大項(xiàng)目(課題)、儀器專項(xiàng)等30多個(gè)項(xiàng)目。發(fā)表被SCI收錄的學(xué)術(shù)論文160余篇。獲得國(guó)家發(fā)明技術(shù)授權(quán)專利100余項(xiàng)、國(guó)際授權(quán)專利1項(xiàng)。出版學(xué)術(shù)專著3部。 ??獲得黑龍江省自然科學(xué)一等獎(jiǎng)、科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)各一項(xiàng)(均排名第一)
