  一、簡(jiǎn)介
  姜建國(guó),教授,博士生導(dǎo)師。中國(guó)微生物學(xué)會(huì)分子微生物學(xué)與生物工程專業(yè)委員會(huì)委員,美國(guó)食品學(xué)會(huì)會(huì)員,本校“食品化學(xué)與生物技術(shù)”團(tuán)隊(duì)學(xué)術(shù)負(fù)責(zé)人,實(shí)驗(yàn)室主任。國(guó)際著名期刊Mini Reviews in Medicinal Chemistry 特約編輯。1982-1986,華中師范大學(xué),學(xué)士;1986-1989,武漢大學(xué),碩士;1992-1995,中科院水生所(武漢),博士;1995-1997,華南理工大學(xué),博士后。1997至今,華南理工大學(xué)食品學(xué)院,生物科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院。
  
  二、研究方向
  在食品學(xué)院與生物學(xué)院招收碩士生,在食品學(xué)院招收博士生。主要涉及以下兩個(gè)方向:
  
  1、藻類與微生物次生代謝工程
  該方向適合生物化學(xué)與分子生物學(xué)方向考生。主要從事藻類類胡蘿卜素次生代謝途徑的分子克隆、代謝途徑的分子構(gòu)建、代謝調(diào)控的分子機(jī)理。
  
  2、中藥與天然產(chǎn)物化學(xué)與工程
  該方向適合食品專業(yè)和藥物化學(xué)專業(yè)的考生。主要從事藥食同源品種資源天然產(chǎn)物化學(xué)與活性的生物模型研究。
  
  三、主要業(yè)績(jī)
  主持過4項(xiàng)國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金,1項(xiàng)國(guó)家科技支撐子課題(項(xiàng)目聯(lián)系人),3項(xiàng)廣東省基金,3項(xiàng)省科技攻關(guān)項(xiàng)目,1項(xiàng)廣州市科技攻關(guān)重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目等。5項(xiàng)發(fā)明專利,專著一部,發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文100多篇,其中SCI論文近60篇(截止2011年9月)。

  在國(guó)際上率先開展了杜氏藻類胡蘿卜素次生代謝途徑的分子克隆與代謝調(diào)控研究,在次級(jí)代謝關(guān)鍵酶基因的克隆與表達(dá),關(guān)鍵酶基因啟動(dòng)子的克隆與功能驗(yàn)證,啟動(dòng)子鹽和光代謝調(diào)控元件,杜氏藻類胡蘿卜素代謝途徑的外源表達(dá)與基因工程菌的培育,鹽脅迫與GPDH表達(dá)的相關(guān)性,鹽度與GPDH同工酶的分子類型與作用等等方面取得了一系列具有創(chuàng)新意義的研究成果。

  圍繞中藥中的藥食同源品種資源及其天然活性產(chǎn)物方面進(jìn)行了多年研究,在國(guó)際著名期刊發(fā)表了大量學(xué)術(shù)論文。近期應(yīng)Mini Reviews in Medicinal Chemistry邀請(qǐng),提出了一期專刊的主題:本草組學(xué)(herbalomics),擔(dān)任該專輯的主編,該??瘜⒂?012年秋季出版,預(yù)期將會(huì)對(duì)中藥的國(guó)際化起到積極作用。
  所帶的研究生獲得過學(xué)校和學(xué)院設(shè)立的所有獎(jiǎng)勵(lì),包括教育部學(xué)術(shù)新人、學(xué)校優(yōu)秀博士論文創(chuàng)新基金、各類企業(yè)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金、南粵優(yōu)秀研究生,學(xué)校優(yōu)秀研究生,學(xué)校十大學(xué)術(shù)新星等各類獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)榮譽(yù)稱號(hào)。
