西北農(nóng)林科技大學(xué)動物科技學(xué)院導(dǎo)師：劉福柱 正文

　　劉福柱,1963年7月出生，陜西神木縣人。農(nóng)學(xué)博士、教授、博士生導(dǎo)師，動物生產(chǎn)教研室主任。主要從事家禽飼料營養(yǎng)方面的研究工作。多年來對略陽烏雞種質(zhì)特性、肉雞脂肪形成的生理遺傳機制及營養(yǎng)調(diào)控進行了系統(tǒng)的研究，取得了重要進展；研究建立了綠色雞蛋產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)配套技術(shù)。主持或參與完成國家、省部級攻關(guān)項目8項，獲省級科技進步二等獎2項、省級教學(xué)成果特等獎1項、校級教學(xué)成果獎3項，曾獲農(nóng)村科技進步工作獎、教書育人先進個人；主持完成了8個大中型養(yǎng)殖場的建場論證研究與工藝技術(shù)設(shè)計?，F(xiàn)主持國家支撐計劃子項目1項，陜西省重大科技創(chuàng)新項目1項，陜西省攻關(guān)項目1項，科技部農(nóng)業(yè)成果轉(zhuǎn)化資金項目1項。在國內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)期刊發(fā)表論文150余篇，SCI20篇，出版著作5部。今后將主要致力研究：以改善禽產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)為主要目標(biāo)的營養(yǎng)調(diào)控技術(shù)；應(yīng)激對家禽免疫系統(tǒng)的損傷及營養(yǎng)調(diào)控；營養(yǎng)對家禽生長發(fā)育、生理代謝重要功能基因表達的調(diào)控。
