  研究方向
  玉米、水稻和蘋果等作物的功能基因組
  在玉米全基因組范圍內(nèi)篩選出了抗病和防御相關(guān)的候選基因300多個(gè),并將他們定位到玉米基因組上,這一工作的完成為玉米各種抗病基因的克隆提供了材料、信息和技術(shù)平臺;發(fā)展了一套全新的分離玉米Mu突變體旁鄰序列方法,為玉米功能基因大規(guī)模克隆奠定了基礎(chǔ);克隆了玉米抗甘蔗花葉病毒病候選基因,已獲得轉(zhuǎn)基因植株,開展功能互補(bǔ)鑒定;完成抗青枯病、絲黑穗病基因的定位和基因區(qū)域高密度分子標(biāo)記的發(fā)展,克隆候選基因,開展功能  互補(bǔ)鑒定;構(gòu)建了玉米抗病自交系FAP1360、1145等的BAC庫。
  在水稻中克隆了水稻廣親和基因、米香性狀基因;研究了參與淀粉合成各個(gè)基因與稻米品質(zhì)的關(guān)系,證明Waxy基因同時(shí)控制直鏈淀粉含量和膠稠度,可溶性淀粉合成酶基因SSIIa 控制糊化溫度。
  在蘋果中克隆到了二個(gè)抗斑點(diǎn)病基因Vfa1 和Vfa2,體外構(gòu)建了結(jié)合Vfa1 和Vfa2的‘超級’抗病基因。針對蘋果等信息量極少的作物上開展圖位克隆的相關(guān)技術(shù)進(jìn)行了廣泛的探討。
