  個人研究簡介:
  斑馬魚作為模式生物一直在發(fā)育生物學(xué)、比較內(nèi)分泌學(xué)等領(lǐng)域扮演重要角色。王亞軍博士在香港中文大學(xué)博士攻讀期間(1999-2003),以斑馬魚為研究模型,探究卵巢產(chǎn)生的一些生長因子,包括激活素(Activins)及其結(jié)合蛋白(Follistatin),表皮生長因子(EGF)及其受體(EGFR),以及PACAP及其受體在控制卵泡發(fā)育與類固醇激素生成中的作用。 二零零四年,王亞軍博士加入香港大學(xué)理學(xué)院長梁志清教授實驗室從事博士后研究。以家雞為研究模型,圍繞神經(jīng)內(nèi)分泌生長軸(調(diào)節(jié)生長發(fā)育的主要途徑),致力于基因功能鑒定以及基因網(wǎng)絡(luò)調(diào)控解析,并首次在家雞等非哺乳類脊椎動物中鑒定到生長激素釋放激素 (GHRH)及其兩個專一性受體(GHRHR1 , GHRHR2)基因。 王亞軍博士的系列研究結(jié)果已先后發(fā)表在<Endocrinology>, <Biology of Reproduction>, <PNAS>等領(lǐng)域內(nèi)著名刊物上。 回到四川大學(xué)后,王亞軍博士在四川大學(xué)引進(jìn)人才基金支持下,組建畜禽功能基因研究平臺,主以家雞、斑馬魚為模型探究: 1) 神經(jīng)多肽 (如:GHRH, PrRP, GCG2等)、神經(jīng)遞質(zhì)、生長因子等對垂體功能的調(diào)節(jié)及其胞內(nèi)信號傳導(dǎo)機(jī)制;2) 基因功能及其表達(dá)調(diào)控; 3) 經(jīng)濟(jì)動物重要性狀形成分子基礎(chǔ);4) 動物生長與代謝調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)制。
