  1982年畢業(yè)于浙江醫(yī)科大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)系,1987年獲醫(yī)學(xué)碩士學(xué)位。1990年獲聯(lián)邦德國(guó)呂貝克醫(yī)科大學(xué)博士學(xué)位。中華醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)病理學(xué)分會(huì)候任主任委員、中國(guó)醫(yī)師協(xié)會(huì)病理醫(yī)師分會(huì)副會(huì)長(zhǎng)、浙江大學(xué)病理學(xué)和病理生理學(xué)系主任、國(guó)家重點(diǎn)(培育)學(xué)科、浙江省重點(diǎn)學(xué)科—病理學(xué)及省重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室(浙江省疾病蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室)學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人。國(guó)家新世紀(jì)百千萬(wàn)人才工程培養(yǎng)對(duì)象。 國(guó)家科技支撐計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目“代謝綜合征的早期識(shí)別和干預(yù)技術(shù)研究”首席科學(xué)家。國(guó)際期刊Clinica Chimica Acta 、Open Proteomics Journal和Pathology and Laboratory Medicine International的編委。
  在國(guó)際上首次發(fā)現(xiàn)胰島素樣生長(zhǎng)因子結(jié)合蛋白-相關(guān)蛋白1(IGFBP-rP1)是一個(gè)在結(jié)直腸癌中高表達(dá)的基因,并且其表達(dá)與病人血糖密切相關(guān)。后續(xù)的研究證明IGFBP-rP1是一個(gè)抑癌基因,其表達(dá)受該基因第一外顯子的甲基化調(diào)控;發(fā)現(xiàn)RegIV是一個(gè)在結(jié)直腸腫瘤中高表達(dá)的新基因,可能是一個(gè)預(yù)警腺瘤癌變的生物學(xué)標(biāo)志;分離鑒定了新神經(jīng)內(nèi)分泌標(biāo)志物促泌素,開(kāi)發(fā)了用于神經(jīng)內(nèi)分泌癌診斷和治療監(jiān)控的外周血促泌素檢測(cè)方法,并已用于臨床病理診斷;在國(guó)內(nèi)最早開(kāi)展實(shí)體瘤微衛(wèi)星不穩(wěn)定性研究,建立了系列的研究方法,為將微衛(wèi)星不穩(wěn)定性檢測(cè)用于臨床提供了可能;在生物信息學(xué)與分子病理學(xué)結(jié)合應(yīng)用上進(jìn)行了開(kāi)拓性的工作。

  主要研究課題:
  作為首席科學(xué)家設(shè)計(jì)并得到國(guó)家立項(xiàng)“十一五”國(guó)家科技支撐計(jì)劃“代謝綜合征的早期識(shí)別和干預(yù)技術(shù)研究”總經(jīng)費(fèi)3668萬(wàn)元,其中國(guó)家經(jīng)費(fèi)3023萬(wàn)元,由本人作為課題負(fù)責(zé)人的經(jīng)費(fèi)約1000萬(wàn)元;承擔(dān)國(guó)家“973”項(xiàng)目子課題一項(xiàng);主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金和浙江省科技廳重大項(xiàng)目等20余項(xiàng)。

  主要研究和教育成果獎(jiǎng):
  獲得省部級(jí)科研成果獎(jiǎng)6項(xiàng),包括浙江省科技進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)。國(guó)家教育成果二等獎(jiǎng)3項(xiàng)(一項(xiàng)第一,一項(xiàng)第三,一項(xiàng)第五)。國(guó)家級(jí)精品課程《病理學(xué)》負(fù)責(zé)人。

  主要榮譽(yù)獎(jiǎng):
  全國(guó)優(yōu)秀教師,國(guó)家教委霍英東高校優(yōu)秀青年教師獎(jiǎng)、享受?chē)?guó)務(wù)院特殊津貼。浙江省青年科技獎(jiǎng)、浙江省有突出貢獻(xiàn)的中青年科技工作者和浙江省青少年英才一等獎(jiǎng)。
  論文、教材和著作: SCI收錄論文51篇,最高影響因子8.894(2004年,是當(dāng)時(shí)浙大醫(yī)學(xué)院所有研究工作在本土完成的最高影響因子期刊論文)。已在本學(xué)科頂尖期刊如《J Path》、《Clin Cancer Res》、《Am J Surg Path》、《Mod Path》、《Histopathology》、《Virchows Arch》等雜志上發(fā)表了論文。中文論文100余篇。主編衛(wèi)生部研究生規(guī)劃教材《醫(yī)學(xué)分子生物學(xué)》、副主編衛(wèi)生部七年制和八年制規(guī)劃教材《病理學(xué)》、幾乎參加所有病理學(xué)方面的主要著作和教材。主編研究專著《上皮內(nèi)瘤變》、《惡性腫瘤組織病理學(xué)分級(jí)圖譜》、《 Intraepithelial Neoplasia》(該書(shū)全英文,所有400多張病理圖片都是中國(guó)人的,是國(guó)際上該領(lǐng)域的第一本專著,由中國(guó)高教出版社和世界著名圖書(shū)出版公司Springer聯(lián)合出版,目前在全世界銷(xiāo)售,在國(guó)際病理學(xué)界有很好影響)。
