博士,現(xiàn)為浙江大學(xué)材料系教授。
主要從事熱電半導(dǎo)體材料、納米材料等方面的研究。
1992年考入浙江大學(xué)材料系,2001年獲浙江大學(xué)博士學(xué)位后赴新加坡-麻省理工聯(lián)盟(Singapore-MIT Alliance)做博士后研究。2004年5月回國(guó),聘為浙江大學(xué)材料系副教授,2010年12月聘為浙江大學(xué)教授。2005、2007年曾在南洋理工大學(xué)淡馬錫實(shí)驗(yàn)室做訪問(wèn)學(xué)者,2009年獲英國(guó)皇家工程院(REA)資助赴Cardiff大學(xué)進(jìn)行短期交流訪問(wèn),2011.9-2012.3美國(guó)加州理工學(xué)院訪問(wèn)學(xué)者。
目前作為負(fù)責(zé)人主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金2項(xiàng),做為學(xué)術(shù)骨干參加國(guó)家“973”項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng),國(guó)家自然基金重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)。已負(fù)責(zé)完成國(guó)家“863”高科技計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng),國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金1項(xiàng),浙江省錢(qián)江人才計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目、教育部留學(xué)回國(guó)人員基金等省部級(jí)項(xiàng)目8項(xiàng);迄今在Energ. Environm. Sci.,J. Phys. Chem. C,Acta Mater.,Appl. Phys. Lett.等國(guó)際刊物上發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文150余篇,獲授權(quán)發(fā)明專利12項(xiàng)。在國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議上做特邀報(bào)告5次。與美國(guó)、英國(guó)、新加坡等國(guó)家的多所著名大學(xué)建立了長(zhǎng)期合作關(guān)系。2008年被新加坡國(guó)立大學(xué)(NUS)工學(xué)院聘為海外研究生導(dǎo)師,聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)該校博士研究生。
